By booking with Emessa Tourism, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Booking & Payments

  • Full or partial payment is required to confirm your booking.
  • Prices are subject to change based on availability and exchange rates.
  • Cancellation fees may apply as per the policy of airlines, hotels, and service providers.

2. Travel Documents & Requirements

  • Customers must ensure they have valid passports, visas, and necessary travel documents.
  • Emessa Tourism is not responsible for denied entry due to incomplete documentation.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@emessatourism.com.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed based on the supplier’s cancellation policy.
  • No refunds will be given for no-shows or unused services.

4. Travel Insurance

  • We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected events, including flight cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • Emessa Tourism acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport, etc.). We are not responsible for any service disruptions, flight delays, or accidents.
  • Travelers are responsible for their personal safety and belongings.

6. Force Majeure

  • Emessa Tourism is not liable for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Dubai courts.
